Package Redemption
A redemption certificate will be sent by email to begin the booking process. Please allow up to 15 business days after your event concludes to receive this certificate. Travel must be booked at least 60 days prior to departure, and availability is limited. Reservations must be made within 12 months of receiving the certificate, and travel must be completed within 24 months.
Once booked, all reservations are final. Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted. Packages are nonrefundable and may not be resold or transferred. Please treat your certificate like cash, as lost or stolen certificates cannot be reissued.
Blackout Dates
Travel is not available during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
Private Residence Notice
The images shown reflect actual properties within our portfolio. In rare cases involving unforeseen circumstances—such as force majeure, property damage, or change of ownership—we reserve the right to provide a comparable residence of equal value and quality to ensure your experience is not disrupted.
